As a local independent business owner with lower overhead, my service is based on providing realistic, affordable, and value-oriented pricing for my clients projects and long term maintenance goals. My business model is one that improves schedule, quality, and communication and makes for a rewarding experience, because I offer better oversight over the quality of work performed and communicated correctly by the same person, reliably every day. Compared to hiring most construction companies where you never know who they are sending to your home any given day as they constantly move their crew around as they receive their training in your home. There are just not enough of contractors like me who have benefited from extensive industry training and have three generations of experience passed down.

I make home improvement experience a rewarding one, and I love the satisfaction of happy clients, taking pride in my craft, and doing my part to improve my industry and our community. I live in Colorado Springs with my family, I’m a hobby photographer, and I’m an avid home cook, so you might also see me at a local farmer’s market.

    I can replace your windows and doors, install custom hardware, fabricate replacement screens and also provide the trim-carpentry to renovate your existing window and door trims and tie into any wall or texture repair and painting touch-up as part of that follow-through service, all with a quicker turn-around time.

    As another example, I can install your new prefinished floor, refinish a hardwood floor, and repair, refinish, or replace your baseboard trims and transitions all as one contractor. I also can stain and match your window sills and stair railing to match your floors, fabricate trim or transition pieces beyond what may be available with pre-finished flooring product lines to provide you with many more design options.
